01. Discovery stage
The discovery stage includes an informal chat on the phone or in the showroom to get an quick understanding of what the customer needs from the project.
02. Survey stage
Here we will take all of the measurements, information, pictures, plans etc. Begin a good open dialog with the clients about there needs and discuss brief options and rough costings. We then go away to work on our designs.
03. Quotation stage
All of our proposals brought to a further meeting with the client. We prefer handing over the quotation in person so we can help go through them to find the best option.
04. Appointment stage
All of the fine points are confirmed along with payment schedule agreed and documents can be signed, which is our favourite part as we are now officially able to deliver an outstanding project for our client.
You press one button. Always one button, simply because we think two is too many.
